(GPS coordinates, 41.776081, – 91.675009.) We’ll makeour way around HWA, both driving and hiking. Carpooling is optional and onlyfor those vaccinated for COVID. Some hiking areas may have wet/tall grass ormud, so come prepared with boots, long pants, insect repellant and water.  Bring a spotting scope if you have one.Ending time is around noon.

Directionsfor Swan Lake Parking Lot:  From380/North Liberty exit for Penn St, head west on 250^th St.  Turn north on first gravel road, James Ave NWand go about two miles to intersection for Swan Lake Road.  Turn west and go about 2 miles to Swan Lake.Parking lot is on north side across from the lake.
